Delicious Chicken in 10 minute

Garlic Chicken and Brown Rice Special



What you require:

1/4 kg. boneless and skinless chicken bosom, cut into strips

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 red ringer pepper, hacked

3 glasses cooked darker rice

1 glass solidified peas, defrosted

1/2 glass green onion, slashed

2 tablespoons vegetable oil, isolated

2 tablespoons light soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Warmth 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a skillet and cook chicken fingers, garlic, red ringer pepper and onion over medium warmth for 5 minutes or until the point that chicken is cooked through. Expel from the warmth and put aside. In a similar dish, warm the rest of the oil at that point include darker rice, peas, soy sauce, vinegar and chicken blend. What you require:

4 boneless and skinless chicken thighs

3 cloves garlic, minced
